Who we are
Tech Toniq Labs ("we", "us", "our") is an AI agent studio based in New Delhi, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit techtoniqlabs.com, contact us, or talk to us about a project.
We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, along with other laws of India that apply to us.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, work email, company and the service you are interested in, when you fill in our contact form.
- Anything you choose to write in your message, email or call with us.
- Business contact details and project information shared during proposals and engagements.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit. These are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
- Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Consent and lawful use
We process the details you send us on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form or contact us. We may also process data for legitimate uses allowed by law, such as complying with a legal obligation.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place, and we may not be able to continue a conversation or engagement without the details we need.
Data in client projects
When we build or support AI agents for a client, we process the client's data on the client's instructions under a written agreement. Wherever possible this happens inside the client's own cloud environment. In that case the client decides how the data is used, and the client's own privacy notice applies to it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless an engagement begins. Engagement records are kept for as long as the contract and Indian record-keeping laws require. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege access for our team. No system is completely secure, but if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Withdraw your consent.
- Raise a grievance with us about how we handle your data.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we resolve grievances within 90 days at most.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. We only use providers in countries where such transfers are allowed under Indian law.
Other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.
